Naples Garden Club is pleased to present 12 Provisionals from our new class of 2011-2012.
 
Martine Amundson, sponsored by Sharon Fiedler, is a member of the Nauset Garden Club in Brewster, MA. Martine is proficient in floral design, staging and horticulture. She is experienced in public relations, fund raising and curriculum development.
 
Jill Chamberlain is sponsored by Ann Westerfield.  Living in beautiful Marblehead, MA, Jill has been very active with Harvard University as well as volunteering as a research assistant for Dennis Curtain, author of Discovering Marblehead.  Jill is also very involved with the Naples Botanical garden.
 
Diane Frisicaro, sponsored by Fifi MacMahon, hails from Clarence, NY. Diane has extensive experience in administration with Independent Health of Western NY, Blue Cross Blue Shield, State Farm and the State University of New York. She is also a member of The League Club in Naples.
 
Jewell Harris, from Alabama is sponsored by Jill Johnson.  She is the owner and operator of R.D.Harris Construction, Inc..  Jewell is very active with Providence House, St. Ann Parish Pastoral Council and the Old Naples Association.
 
Carol Greenwood, from Wisconsin and Stone Harbor, NJ, is sponsored by Diane Green.  Carol has experience in public relations and event planning and a long successful career in real estate.
 
Mary Beth Leytze from Independence, IA is sponsored by Susie Estabrook.  Mary Beth has been a secondary and middle school art teacher.  She is also a member of the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art Community Arts Association and the Parks and Recreation Commission.  This artistic lady is also a member of The League Club.
 
June Marcantonio, from Hudson, OH is sponsored by Bobbye Raye Womack.  June has served as committee chair, event chair manager, event planner, and has also donated her time as house tour committee chair for hostesses and hospitality for the Hudson Garden Club.  This talented new provisional makes and markets accessories, scarves, jackets, and jewelry.

Sudie Minamyer from Rittman, OH is sponsored by Janet Tosca.  A graduate of Loyola University, this elementary school principal excels in grant writing, advanced PowerPoint presentations, writing, editing and photography.  Sudie is also a tutor at the Collier County Boys and Girls Club, a Conservancy docent, kayak volunteer leader at Rookery Bay, and a volunteer with the Florida Master Naturalist program.
 
Marie Murphy from Southwest Harbor, ME, is sponsored by Sandy Snyder.  Marie is experienced in public relations, accounting, real estate brokerage, and was the VP of a major New Jersey bank holding company.  She has done flower show scheduling and clerking, well as committee chair for the Garden Club House Tour hostesses and hospitality.
 
Sue Reynen from Wilmington, VT is sponsored by June Kroeschell.  Her skill set includes board member, committee chair, event chair, event planner, volunteer manager, non-profit manager, and fund raising.  Sue is a member of Greater Naples Leadership, Neapolitan Club, the Residents Card Club, and the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club.  This busy lady is currently vice president of Baby Basics of Collier County.
 
Denise Shields is sponsored by Lin Sprigman and is from Stone Harbor, NJ.    Denise was VP of Banking, Operations, and Lending in her 40 years at Wachovia Bank.  She is proficient in event planning and financial controls, and has experience in house tour hospitality and hostessing.
 
Pam Sutton, sponsored by Gail Pica, has been a member of garden clubs in New Jersey and Florida and is also a Master Gardener.  Pam is accomplished in teaching, program development, curriculum development, floral design, and horticulture.  She is also skilled in scheduling and staging for flower shows.
