The Naples Garden Club’s Board of Directors unanimously approved and awarded a $100,000 grant two-year pledge (FY 2024 and 2025) to the Naples Botanical Garden for the “Naples Garden Club™ Potting Bay” in the M. D. Stephenson Potting House at their new Evenstad Horticultural Campus. The Potting Bay will be utilized in the transfer of sensitive seedlings as part of the conservation process of tropical and subtropical plants. This includes native species threatened by habitat loss, climate change, and natural disasters. This continues our long-standing commitment to the Naples Botanical Garden and our seventy- year history of providing opportunities for sharing and learning about horticulture, floral design, and the environment to the community.
