Since 2011 the Naples Garden Club™ has awarded Scholarships every September to FGCU Environmental Science students though our fully funded FGCU Endowment. As of this year we have awarded over $67,000 to 23 students. Our 2024 scholarships were awarded to two students for $2700 each: Tristan Dumas who while studying also worked in the University’s Restoration Ecology Lab and Jenny Morris, a Botanist, who studied at the Harvey Kapnick Education and Research Center this year and participated in the annual Everglades Coalition Conference this past February.
