Did you know . . . Sallie was nicknamed Dynamite as a young child. It came from attending the 150th Anniversary of a Civil War event where her great, great grandfather played a pivotal role. She had the honor of firing the cannon. Although she was warned that it was dangerous for her to pull the cord, she was successful on her first attempt.
