Volunteer in one of our fabulous “Jewel Box” homes. (Sad to say, there are no jewels to be seen at the homes. They are named after jewels simply as a way to organize the houses). Or, join us in the Hospitality Tent welcoming guests and sharing the Garden Club’s over-the-top hospitality. This year we will be serving full breakfast and luncheon buffets. This is such a fun way to get to know other members and see all of your friends who are coming to the tour.
In appreciation for all of your hard work and dedication, you are entitled to a free tour of all four homes at the Preview Tour on the day before the Tour. All are vintage homes, built prior to 1960, and feature gardens of note. All registered members will have a seat. There will be no waitlist needed. A dozen board members will be staffing that afternoon, but we are still short the necessary folks needed to fill out a skeleton crew for that afternoon. You will be able to view the other homes if you staff at just one house. Or if you will have seen the houses already, then we could use your help at two houses. Can you help out?
